He was predeceased by: his parents, George Leverty and Florence Leverty; and his siblings, Beverly Timm and Thomas Leverty. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Shelley DeSmith (Jeremy), Karen Sundeen (Matt) and Dan Leverty; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Mark), Riley, Jaxon, Chloe, Colin, Jared, Sam and Zavier; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Jacob and Adelle. He is also survived by many loving extended family & friends.
