He is survived by : his wife Kim; his children, Tina Jewett (Paul), Brett and Courtney Morales (Emiliano); his grandchildren, Carson, Roman and Isabelle; his brother Rick; his mother-in-law Bobbie McPherson; and his brother-in-law Tom McPherson (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces & nephews; and additional family and friends.
