He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rose Sanft; his children, Julie Banning (Jeff), James Sanft (Janell), Kathy Gilman (Robb) and Keith Rose (Julie); his grandchildren, Doug Banning (Bethany), Greg Banning (Betsy), Brad Banning, Emily Henely (Tony), Elizabeth Middlebrooks (Richard), Katie Desmond (Graham), Evan Sanft (Nicole), Ryan Sanft (Rebecca), Tyler Sanft (Maddie), Cal Gilman (Darya), Zach Gilman (Kristen), Teddy Rose (Shianne), Jackson Rose and Sam Rose; his sisters, Shirley Schorey and Judy Weber (Carl); and his sister-in-law Sue Sanft. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
