In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jacob leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jacob may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim and Judy Hoel. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hoel; his brother Nick; his aunt Christine Taylor; and his cousins, Alec Tibbetts (Greta) and Zachary Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Roseville Lutheran Church (1215 Roselawn Ave W, Roseville, MN 55113). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
