It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Charles Perkins of Roseville, Minnesota, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Perkins of Custer, SD; his sisters-in-law, Annette Budge and Sharon Potter; and his pet Harvey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews.
