It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Audrey Derkey (Roseville, Minnesota), born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Audrey, Robert Esser, Thelma Derkey and Cecilia Olson; and her uncles, Tom Esser and Keith Swanson.

She is survived by: her significant other Ben Cotter; her mother Mary Esser Olson; her siblings, Heather Miller (Daniel), Adam Derkey (Megan), Joshua Derkey (Beth) and Thomas Olson (Lindsey); and her nieces and nephews, Zachary Miller, Brady Miller, Jonathan Derkey, Matthew Derkey, Amelia Derkey, Addison Derkey, McKenna Derkey, Audrey Olson, Kennedy Olson and Delaney Olson. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a vast circle of friends.
