He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his daughters, Anne (Rick) and Martha (Mike); his grandchildren, Dan (Gillian), Natalie (Eric), Will (Maggie), Thomas (Emily) and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Fiona and Arthur; and his brother Bob. He is also survived by his family, friends.
