He is survived by: his children, Kim Brenden (Bruce) of Rothsay, Kevin (Lorrie) of Fergus Falls and Keith (Angela) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Heidi Brenden, Katie Lee (Brady), Andrew Brenden (Becca), Abbey, Shelby, Zachary, Jason Grunewald and Jaclyn Hanson (Tony); his stepgrandchildren, Mavyn and Evan Peterson; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Easton, Tatum, Aimsey, Kaylor, Emerick, Adelyn, Avery, Charlotte, Carter, Jordyn, Laityn, Sienna and Emilia; and his siblings, Duane Grunewald (Kay) and Elaine Thiel (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
