She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mowan and Anna Mowan (Sauer); her husband Donald Justin; her granddaughter Thomas; her brother Donald; and her siblings-in-law, Barb Mowan and Harvey Kowitz.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Schultz (Brian Schultz) of North Mankato, John Justin (Leeann) of Sartell, Donald Justin of Royalton, Kristine Justin of Royalton and James Justin (Linda) of St. Stephen; her sister Doris Kowitz; her sister-in-law Evelyn Sorenson; and her friend Elverna Ebensteiner. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (216 N 2nd St, Royalton, MN 56373). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Arlene's family requests memorials be made in her name to CHI Hospice, Autism Speaks, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
