He is survived by: his nephew Nick Whaley; his grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Chelsea, Tim, Tate, Charles and Samantha; his wife Karen Whaley of Rush City; his children, Dawn Hetherington of Rush City, Heidi Schafer (Brad) of Rush City, Erik Hetherington (Jamie) of New Port and Brent Hetherington of Richfield; his son-in-law Tim Herrera of Forest Lake; his siblings, Bob Whaley (Rosalie) of West St and Kathleen Walker of Woodbury; and his brothers-in-law, Billy Heine of Eagan and Bill Ziemer (Terri). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
