He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Brand and Mae Brand (Bublitz); and his siblings, Vern, Roger, Charles, Grace, Vivian, Marcie, Donna and Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Magnuson); his daughters, Dana Seekamp (Douglas), Sonya Burnikel, Angela Eide (Travis) and Kayla Volkman (Leigh); his grandchildren, Tiffany Ulmen (Jeremy), Kylie Jo Ladsten (Tyler), Cody Burnikel (Jaycee), Bo Eide, Luke Eide, Tucker Eide (Amber), Landon, Lauren, Lexus Volkman, Dustin Seekamp (Joelle Roth) and Danielle Langen (Alex); and his brother John Brand. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
