Larry Lupkes Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 12, 2026, at the age of 69, Larry Lupkes of Rushmore, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Larry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lupkes and Agnes Lupkes (Andersen). He is survived by: his siblings, David Lupkes, Sally Lupkes and Sherri Ritter (Paul); his niece Emily Mees (William); his nephew Jonathan Ritter; and his great-niece Ashlyn Mees.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor of Bones to the Rushmore Fire Rescue or the Rushmore Little League.
