He is survived by: his children, Julie VanWatermeulen (Clark) and Steven Polzine; his grandchildren, Kasey Polzine, Dustin Polzine, Cody Polzine, Skylar Polzine, Keagan Polzine, Katarina Polzine, Natasha Polzine, Jennifer Hoskins, Katie Baisac (Tyson), Joshua VanWatermeulen and Cassie VanWatermeulen; his great grandchildren, Eli Hoskins, Anela Baisac, Lane Ring and Luke Ring; and his sister Linda Werkman.
