She is survived by: her husband Lyle Portz of Pipestone, Minnesota; her children, Jeffrey Portz (Jacque) of Fairmont, Julie Amdahl (Jeffrey) of Sioux Falls and Jay Portz (Kris) of St. Cloud, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Justin Portz (Danielle), Jacob Portz, Jenner Amdahl, Jenessa Neve (Zack), Jenson Amdahl (Karissa), Alexie and Nicholas Portz; her great grandchildren, Owen, Elyette Portz and Jerrick Amdahl; and her siblings, Joyce Meyer (Lauren) of Lucan, Shirley Fick (Loren) of Luverne, John Dreckman (Bonnie) of Balaton, Stanley Dreckman (Donna) of West Fargo, Roger Dreckman (Lisa) of Post Falls, Bonnie Dreckman of Post Falls and Richard Dreckman (Arlene) of Luverne, Minnesota..
Sewing was of much interest and she put together many quilts for her church to donate to charitable organizations.
