He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lewis and Roberta Lewis (Schenck); and his siblings-in-law, Curt and Lucinda Andersen. He is survived by: his spouse Sheridon "Sheri" Folwick; his children, Denise (Randy), Steve (Brenda) and John (Amanda); his grandsons, Jacob Lewis (Hailey), Alex Lewis, Jackson Lewis and Coleman Rehder; and his sisters, Peggy VanConant (Dale), Bette Carney (Jerry), JoAnn Smithwick (Dennis) and Kim Sheldon (Steve).
