In loving memory of Helen E. Lass (Saint Augusta, Minnesota), who departed this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 83. Helen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sadlowsky and Hildegard Sadlowsky (Shulte); her husband Ben Lass; her daughter Jane Martins; her son-in-law Bob Lauermann; her stepdaughter Stacy Hagemeister; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Tomsche and Roger Thyen.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Martins (Sue) of Avon, MN, Patti Lauermann of Gypsum, KS and Brian Martins (Stacey) of Cape Coral, FL; her stepchildren, Brenda Greeley (Mike) of Avon, MN, Bonnie Laudenbach (Wayne) of St. Cloud, MN, Amy Kuechle (Brad) of Watkins, MN and Chad (Jana) of Ontario, CA.; and her sisters, Viola Defourneaux (Ed) of Charleston, NC, Dorothy Tomsche of Sauk Centre, MN and Agnes Thyen of Hastings, MN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Help of Christians Parish (24588 Co Rd 7, St Augusta, MN 56301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
