He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Knudson and Eunice Knudson of Rochester; and his brothers, Arthur and Vernon Kndson. He is survived by: his stepsons, Michael Marlow (Elaine) and Timothy Marlo; his grandchildren, Cory Marlo (Katie) and Kellie Paulson (Joel); and his sisters, Elizabeth Gawlick, Clara Knudson, Rose Pappas, Ruthann Tunison and Maryann Knudson. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the The Salvation Army (20 1st Ave NE, Rochester, MN 55906). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
