She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Phillips; her daughter Brianna Storing (Vincent); her grandchild River Storing of Devils Lake, ND; her child Christian Phillips of Wells, MN; her siblings, Dale Wolf (Val) of Plainview, John Wolf (Nancy) of Lake City, Deb Karger (Kyle) of St. Charles, Lori Holst (Lennie) of Plainview, Barb Siem (Bruce) of Plainview and Dan Wolf (Angie) of Bowlus; her parents-in-law, Robert and Susan Phillips of Granger, MN; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Phillips (Emily) of West Salem, WI and Chad Phillips (Jill) of Lanesboro, MN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service (519 St Martin Ave, St Charles, MN 55972). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Moose Lodge 1114 (166 W 11th St, St Charles, MN 55972).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers monetary memorials to honor Jill's legacy.
