He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskil Kvam and Ada Kvam (Alfson); his wife Valerie; his grandson Matthew Kvam; his daughter-in-law Pamela Kvam; his brothers, Adrian and Milford; and his grandchildren, Erick and Katrina Kvam.
He is survived by: his sons, Dan of West Burke, VT and David (Marie) of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Danielle Meyers (James) of East Burke, VT, Andrea Bosak (Jared) of Rochester, April Kvam of Dover and David Kvam (Kirsten) of Viola, MN.; and his nieces, Janet Garnett and Jacquelyn Kvam. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the United Methodist Church and can be mailed to 824 Church Avenue, St. Charles, MN 55972 in memory of Richard Kvam.
