He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Heidi) of Peoria, AZ and Scott (Toni) of Sartell, MN.; his wife Shirley May (Rideout); and his grandchildren, Meagan, Matthew (Haley), Lucas and Emerson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
