He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Offerdahl and Mildred Offerdahl (Carman); his sister Midge Burmaster; and his brother-in-law Orlin Billing. He is survived by: his wife Pat Offerdahl of Sartell; his children, Dan Offerdahl of Burnsville, Kate Offerdahl-Joyce (Autumn) of St. Paul and Beth Offerdahl of Lakeville; his siblings, Ed Offerdahl (Marlys) of Hayden, ID, Carolyn Billing of Fergus Falls and Mary Lou Doherty (Pat) of Long Lake; and his brother-in-law Al Burmaster of Vancouver, WA..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Chuck's name to the Parkinson's Foundation.
