He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles John and Winnifred Olmschenk (Weber); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Addie; his daughter Patty Carlson (Eric) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Delaney and Norah Carlson; his daughter Ashley Olmschek of Sauk Rapids; and his sister Diana Wiehoff (Harold) of St. Cloud.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Daniel Funeral Home (1010 2nd St N, St Cloud, MN 56303). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Cantius Catholic Church (1400 6th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303).
