She is survived by: her child Ayanna Akilah Mason (Hamed Awadh); her sister Veronica L. Smith (James Smith); her boyfriend Michael Tholkes; and her granddaughters, Saraya, Sanaya, Samaya and Samerah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
