It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Weeres of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Weeres and Agatha Weeres (Theis); and his in-laws, Albert, Alvina Klug, Cindy Weeres, Richard Schreifels, Dave, Mary Klug and Loretta Klug.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Klug of St. Cloud; his daughter Beth Falconer (Jason) of Sartell; his former wife Mary Weeres (Miller) of St. Cloud; his daughters, Jana Schindele (Glenn) of Kimball and Andra Knapek (Brian) of Kimball; his siblings, Betty Schreifels, Ronald (Sandy), Gerald and Mary Lou Arens (Mike); his in-laws, Dennis Klug (Darlene), Donald Klug and Helen Oltz (Carl); and his grandchildren, Katie, Jamie, Crystal, Ashley, Brad, Joe, Brock, Julia, Bryce, Natalie, Grace, Kailee and Wyatt. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He and Sylvia were also instrumental in the formation of the Redeemer Lutheran Foundation benefiting Prince of Peace Lutheran School in St. Cloud.
