She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Boucher and Esther Boucher (Johnson); her son Matthew; her grandchild Dana Upshaw; her father-in-law Manvil Sebelius; and her brothers-in-law, Duane and David Sebelius.

She is survived by: her husband Harvey Sebelius; her daughters, Nichole Keller (Teejay Juarez) of Harris, Heidi Upshaw (Cory) of Anchorage, Angela Rowlatt (Mark) of Havre, Montana, Amanda Sebelius (Darwin Brown) of Minot, Stefanie Kuehnel and Suzanne Fangman; her grandchildren, Cody, Mikkal, Katrena Keller, Dakota Brown, Andre Upshaw and Jaxson Rowlatt; her siblings, Allan Boucher (Kathy) of Minneapolis, James Boucher (Karolyn) of Clearwater, William "Bill" Boucher (Adeline) of Rockville, Betty (Paul) of Bartyzal and Jean Boucher of Springhill, Florida; and her mother-in-law Dorothy Sebelius of Dunseith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
