He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Kruger and Hazel Kruger (Morrison); his wife Dee; his siblings, Robert Kruger, Donna Robbinson and Mavis Gillman; and his half-brother Charles "Duff" Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Ernie Kruger (Ann) of Rice, Tonia Schulte (Tom) of Clear Lake and Lisa Kerkow of St. Cloud; and his brother Darrell Kruger of Bemidji. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
