Hortense E. Thelen Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Hortense E. Thelen (Saint Cloud, Minnesota). Hortense, born on June 29, 1923, passed away on October 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Rengel (Kaufman) and Martin Rengel; her son Edward (Peter Thelen); her siblings, Cornelius "Neil" (Billie), Mercedes Hartman (Art), Gene (Bernice), John (Rose) and Ruth; her nephews, Robert, Richard and Jack; and her niece Sandra.

She is survived by: her nieces, Marian Rengel and Linda Formhals.

Memorials are preferred to the St. Benedict Care Center.
