He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughter Averi Costello; his former wife Anne Oberquell; his children, Ryan Costello (Madelene), Garrett Costello (Chanda) and Katie Welna (Ben); his grandchildren, Annalise, Shawn, Tyler, Amari, Daniel and Jonathan; and his nephew Sean Costello.
