He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Streitz and Ruth Streitz (Holmgren); his siblings, John, Jimmy, Joan and Jack; and his sister-in-law Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Louis Christo; his sons, Michael, Jerry Jr. (Fergus Falls) and Paul (Sauk Centre); his grandchildren, Jerry III, Alex and Nora; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Jaclyn, Olivia, Charlie and Olive; and his siblings, Jeanette Sutherland (Dick), Judy Gregerson (Bryce), Joel (Kay), Jeff (Carolyn) and Jesse (Laurie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the River of Life Church (705 12th St S, Sauk Centre, MN 56378). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
