She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Moshier and Ellen Moshier (Jensen); her husbands, Bob Schwegman and Ron Moe; her brother Donald Moshier; her granddaughter Shannon Backes; her great grandchild Ethan Kestner; and her stepdaughter Jenny Moe.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Schwegman (Paulette), Diane "Penny" Winkelman (Larry), Tom Schwegman (Sue), Sue Kuettner (Scott), Lori Schwegman (Hank Mann) and Peggy Lynn Hopper (Eli); her grandchildren, Alex (Rachel), Megan (Brian), Kristi, Bobby, Jenn (Tom), David (Rob), Morgan (Aidan), Bryan (Tessa), Greg (Ashley), Cory (Megan), Kayle, Rylee (Josh), Cooper, Tyler (Kaytee) and Ian; and her stepchildren, Becky and Chris. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the VFW Granite Post 428 (9 18th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56301).
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to CentraCare Foundation – Coborn Cancer Center or donor's choice.
