He was predeceased by: his parents, Seonal Panger and Germaine Panger (Valley); his wife Janet Ann Schultz; and his brothers, Donald, Gale and Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Christel Danna (Timothy Smith), Gene Panger (Anne Fresilli-Panger) and Erick Panger; his grandchildren, Samantha, Maija Laris (Michael) and Aaron Panger (Manila); his brothers, James and William; and his daughter-in-law Bobbie Panger. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Outreach Africa Inc. or Tri-County Humane Society.
