With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine M. Stanek (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. Edling and Blenda N. Edling (Martenson); her husband James F. Stanek; and her siblings, Janice Piersiak and Richard "Dick" Edling.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Stanek of Eagan, MN and Cinda Stanek (Fred Hiltner) of Juneau, AK; her brothers, Gary Edling (Diana) of Frederic, WI and Denny Edling (Cyndie) of Vero Beach, FL; her granddaughter Cori Mattke (Ryan) of Minneapolis, MN; and her great grandchildren, Cyrus and Enid. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred Our Lady of Peace Hospice or Walker Methodist -Westwood Ridge.
