He is survived by: his wife Kendra Lee Flanagan; his children, Kelly Fandel (Neil) and Ryan Flanagan (Maureen); his grandchildren, Samuel John Fandel, Jacob Michael Fandel, Abigail Rose Brekhus (Lars), Claire Elizabeth Flanagan Nijenhuis (Jonathan), Margaret Brooke Fandel and Brecken Ryan Flanagan; and his siblings, Timothy (Karen), Jeri Johanning (Tim) and Mary Edgren. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
