She is survived by: her children, Chad Bloom (Jhna) of Spicer and Molly Welch (Kyle) of St. Cloud; her grandchildren, Finley and Matthew Welch; and her siblings, Don Phillips, Joan Johnson and Jerry Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of St. Mary (713 12th St SW, Willmar, MN 56201). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
