He was predeceased by: his parents, George Scott and Joy Hammill. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fuchs of St. Cloud; his children, Jeremy Fuchs (Keziah) of St. Joseph, Yume Olson (Steven Brown) of Elk River, Elizabeth Boggs of St. Cloud and Daniel Boggs of St. Cloud; and his siblings, Sandy Burgess (Reggie) of Chesterfield, VA, Pat Olson (Julie) of Milaca and Jody Olson of St. Cloud. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
