She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Angelo Sobieck (Jelly) of Opole, MN and Genevieve Angulski (Jeannie) of St. Anna, MN.; her grandmother Sophia; her mother-in-law Patricia Eikmeier; her niece Shauna; her sister-in-law Linda; her daughter August; her husband Chuck Eikmeier; her daughters, Alyssa Sollom (Corey) of Glendale, AZ and Shauna Theis of St. Cloud; her grandchildren, Rilynn, Maisie, Logan Sollom and Clara Theis; her stepgrandsons, Connor and Oliver Sollom; her siblings, Linda Rothi (Curt), Sally Taylor (Scott) and David Sobieck; her aunts, Lois Angulski and Marie Angulski; her in-laws, Larry (Terri), Vince (Linda), Bernie (Sally), Don (Marlys), Tami Spanier, Mary Reilly and Susie Roche (Tom); her uncle Danny Angulski; her grandparents, Vince, Sophie Angulski, Henry and Louise Sobieck (Opole); her uncles, Edward Angulski (Coon Rapids) and Chester Angulski; her in-laws, Henry Jr., Patricia Josephine Eikmeier (Rockville), Raymond Reilly III of Bakersfield, CA, Kenneth Spanier and Patricia Ann Eikmeier (Waite Park); her great-nephew Dominic Eikmeier; Joe and Vince. She was also cherished by many nephews and nieces and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel Funeral Home (1010 2nd St N, St Cloud, MN 56303). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (1036 Co Rd 4, St Cloud, MN 56303).
