With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharlene Gapinski of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on February 22, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Hubbell and Stella Hubbell (Buczynski); her husband Richard Gapinski; and her son-in-law Randy Hittle. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Wolbeck (Richard) of Breezy Point, Tim Gapinski (Tina) of Sauk Centre, Joy Hittle of Alexandria, John Gapinski (Lynell) of Chaska, Todd Gapinski (Barb) of Sauk Centre, Barbara McMillan of Maple Grove, Susan Bakken St (Jim), David Gapinski (Gina) of Sauk Centre, Kevin Gapinski (Cindy) of Rice and Judy Arneson (Chad) of Brooklyn Park; her brother Wilford Hubbell Jr. of Calumet City, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Renee Gapinski of St. Joseph. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren with another great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to CentraCare - Coborn Cancer Center in St. Cloud.
