She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hughes and Valeria Hughes; her brothers, Brian and Keith Hughes (Julie); and her great-nephew Peter Cashman.
She is survived by: her husband James Tembrock; and her siblings, Kevin Hughes (Joanne) and Mary Mathews (Tom).
Memorials are preferred as they will be donated to the St. Cloud Crisis Pregnancy Center.
