He is survived by: his daughters, Kayla Kucala and Abigail Kucala; his sister Kim Kucala; his aunts and uncles, Ted Layton, Tim Layton, Carol Ann Brinkman, Kathleen Allen and Christine Wittrock; and his nephews, Taylor Kucala and Nathan Kotsmith.
