He is survived by: his children, Christian Kruse (Stacy), Patricia Kalway, Shannon Webb, Kimberly Kruse (Russell), Jacqueline Kruse and Joanne Kruse; his stepfather David Couture; his siblings, Bryan Jon Maciewski, David Couture Jr. (Tammy) and Patricia Maciewski (Patsy); and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren.
