Audrey Schmidtke Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Schmidtke of Saint James, Minnesota, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ladd and Lauretta Ladd (Walters); her husband Howard Schmidtke; and her daughter Robin. She is survived by: her children, Connie Ploeger (Gary), Kathryn Schmidtke, Claudia Nelson (Doug), Patricia Finnestad (Stan), Marsha Schultz (Larry), Laurie Green, Todd Schmidtke (Denise), Paul Schmidtke (Angila) and James Schmidtke (Ruth); and her sister Mary Jean Patterson. She is also survived by 40 grandchildren; 69 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
The family prefers memorials be given to the Schmidtke Scholarship Fund.
