It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Schmidtke of Saint James, Minnesota, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Audrey may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Audrey touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Sturm Funeral Home, St. James Chapel (906 10th Ave S, St James, MN 56081). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (623 4th St S, St James, MN 56081).
