He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Janzen and Susie Janzen (Penner); his brothers, Ben (Vesta) and Dave (Wendy); and his sister-in-law Marge Janzen.
He is survived by: his significant other Theresa Wollschlager; his brothers, Dan (Margaret) of Mountain Lake and Ted (Carl) of Mountain Lake; his children, Brenda Janzen of Grand Island, Kim (Gary Barnes) of Belle Plaine, Minnesota and Jay Janzen (Tosha Mattison) of Saint James; his sister-in-law Gloria Thulien; his close friend Gary Sturm (Joyce, family: Jen, Mason, Callie, Nate, Briana, Tony, Julie, Friends) of Saint James; Oscar. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the VFW Post 1914 (4 7th St S, St James, MN 56081).
