She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Slaughter and Betty Slaughter; and her siblings, Janet, Jessie, Marietta and Brenda.

She is survived by: her husband Myron Brye; her children, Darrin DuCharme (Brenda) of Janesville, Dawn Herfel of Columbus City and Dan DuCharme (Jackie) of Plain, Wisconsin; her stepdaughter Candice Gruss of Cummings, Iowa; her grandchildren, Dustin, Savannah, Nicolas, Shayanna, Cassie, Lena, Dwight, Ryland and Kylee; and her siblings, Raymond Slaughter and Tammy Rose. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
