He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Rachel; his son-in-law Paul Lareau; his sister Mary Kunza (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn McConnell (Ron), Karen Herrs (Rodney), Shirley Rahe, Diane Cutsinger (Terrial) and Bill Heitman (Jayne). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Lowell's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation, CentraCare Foundation, or another compassionate care charity.
