He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew Mohs and Florentine Mohs (Zins); his son Patrick; and his siblings, Donald, Joan Leisen, Kathleen Zappa, Mathew, Jr. and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Coral A. Heinen of Paul's Catholic Church; his children, Therese Danzl (Randy), Julie Senart (Kevin), Pete (Julie), Stephen (Maggie) and Chris (Jean); his daughter-in-law Sara; and his sister Marilyn Carson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
