She was predeceased by: her parents, Virdeen Anspach and Gloria Anspach (Minsaas); her husband Michael Sather; and her siblings, Elizabeth Anspach, Virdeen Anspach Jr., Dennis Anspach, Gary Anspach, Tony Anspach and Mark Anspach.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Enstad of Minneapolis and James Enstad of Sartell; her grandchildren, Kali Enstad, Emma Enstad, Drew Enstad and Luke Wimmer; her great grandchild John Morrett; and her siblings, Vicky Anspach, Michael Anspach, Chad Anspach and Jason Anspach. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Granite Falls Lutheran Church (350 9th Ave, Granite Falls, MN 56241). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
