He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Mohs and Genevieve Mohs (Fruth); his wife Mary Jo of John's Catholic Church; his son-in-law Mark; and his siblings, Alban, William (Phyllis), Gordon, Delores Winter (Virgil) and Carol Ryczyk.
He is survived by: his children, Todd (Nancy) of Salem, AL, Gail Schloesser of St. Joseph and Jodi Erkens (Rich) of Rice; his grandchildren, Brianne Fleming (Steven), Keri Wagenmaker (Chris), Brandon Schloesser, Riley, Jack, Reid and Jacob Erkens; his sisters, Sadie Kunkel, Eileen Roeder (Donald) and Dodie Ruegemer; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Ryczyk and Rollie Mohs. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at 23 Sep Visitation St., Joseph's Catholic. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (12 W Minnesota St, St Joseph, MN 56374).
