He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Hanson; and his brother-in-law Terry Burg. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Hanson (Pitts); his wife Jolene; his children, Andrew Hanson (Molly), Nik Hanson, Morgan Douvier, Seth Douvier (Mataya), Carter Douvier and Beau Douvier; his siblings, Brad Hanson (Kari), Kelly Hanson (Beth) and Krista Gulden (Cameron); his brother-in-law Adam Burg; and also, Ralph and Sandy Burg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nordland Lutheran Church (18510 180th Ave NE, Paynesville, MN 56362). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred or you may plant a tree in memory of Jaysen.
