Kathleen Violet Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2025, at the age of 83, Kathleen Violet (Saint Joseph, Minnesota), born in Duluth, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Violet (Jerry); her parents, John Downey (Jack) and Alice Downey; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele (Tim Hennagir) and Stacey (Keith Jacobs); her grandchildren, Seth Hennagir (Naomi), Hollie Hennagir (Chrys) and Madison Klaphake (Joe); and her great grandchild Rosalina Hennagir. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, close friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (12 W Minnesota St, St Joseph, MN 56374). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery (15550 MN-115, Little Falls, MN 56345).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kathy's name to Quiet Oaks Hospice House (5537 Galaxy Road, St. Cloud, MN 56301) to support their ongoing mission of compassionate end-of-life care.
