He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Costello and Faye Costello (Bundy); his brother David Costello; and his brother-in-law Alan Blake. He is survived by: his wife Cyndi; his children, Jon (Cyndy) and Amanda; his stepson Mark Heurkins; his grandchildren, Hailee Tran, Ryan Costello and Jack Costello; his stepgrandchildren, Ella and Cash Olson; his siblings, Shirley Dibrito (Dave), Peggy Blake, Linda Hunter (Doug) and Denny Costello (Kim); and his sister-in-law Bernadette Costello. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
